Jill is excited to join the BBF team!  Jill is an accomplished educator with 15 years of experience in both teaching and management.  She has led multiple teams as a Department chair and through her volunteering with the Junior League of Wilmington as both a chair and on the board of directors.

She’s a graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Master’s degree from Wilmington University in Leadership. Confer made the switch to the financial industry after gaining leadership experience both professionally and through volunteering.

She currently lives in Wilmington with her dog, Roger. In her free time, you might find her reading, cooking, hiking, seeing a band, trivia nights, exploring a museum, and volunteering with the Junior League of Wilmington.
