Holly served as the Articles Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and is the author of "Conditional Bequests: Control from Beyond the Grave?", Probate and Property, March/April 1988, and "Shifting Assets in Estate Planning", Warren, Gorham & Lamont's Estate Planning and Administration Service, Spring 1989. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association (including the Trusts and Estates Section), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (including the Real Property, Probate, and Trusts Section), the Estate Planning Council of Delaware, and the Wilmington Tax Group.
