Sunaina Sinha Haldea is the global head of Private Capital Advisory at Raymond James. She founded Cebile Capital and scaled it into a highly respected global private equity advisory firm before its acquisition by Raymond James, a large 500, NYSE-listed firm in 2021. Under her leadership, the platform has become a go-to advisor for leading private funds and institutional investors worldwide, executing hundreds of capital formation and secondary liquidity transactions.

A recognized force in global private equity, Sunaina has been named one of the 50 Most Influential People in Private Equity by Dow Jones Private Equity News for multiple years and a Trailblazing Woman in Private Equity for the past three years running. She was also selected for The Wall Street Journal’s Women to Watch in Private Equity and named in the Top 20 Most Influential People in Secondaries.

Beyond advisory, Sunaina is an active investor and seasoned board leader. She serves as chairman of SFC Energy AG, a publicly listed clean energy company, and the Board of Heritage, a wealth advisory firm. She has previously chaired high-growth consumer brands Mindful Chef (acquired by Nestlé) and Barrecore (acquired by United Fitness Brands). She is deeply engaged with Stanford University, having served as a guest lecturer and board member across multiple Stanford-affiliated institutions, and has authored published case studies for Stanford’s Technology Ventures Program.

A frequent media voice on markets and private equity, Sunaina regularly appears on CNBC, Bloomberg and the BBC, and is widely quoted in global financial press. She is a vocal advocate for diversity and inclusion and openly credits Vipassana meditation as a cornerstone of her leadership philosophy. She has shared her journey in the industry across global forums, including the UK Parliament.

Sunaina holds dual degrees from Stanford University (BS in management science and engineering, MS in chemical engineering) and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside the boardroom, she is a Certified Sommelier and a proud mother of three children.
