Simon Wein joined the Capital Structure Advisory team in 2015. He has advised on more than 50 complex financing, restructuring, and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Wein works with a broad range of clients, including publicly traded corporations, sponsor-backed businesses, and privately held companies. He graduated with honors from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting.
