Rob Schwarz joined Raymond James in 2003 and has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on a variety of transactions, including debt and structured equity placements, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings.
At Raymond James, Mr. Schwarz spearheaded the development of the Debt Advisory and Structured Equity Solution businesses where he advises corporate clients and private equity funds in structuring, arranging, and placing debt and structured equity solutions. During his career, Mr. Schwarz has advised clients on over 100+ transactions across a wide variety of industries, debt and equity products and use of proceeds.
Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Schwarz spent three years at FTI Consulting, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers providing restructuring advisory services on behalf of distressed companies and their creditors. Mr. Schwarz graduated cum laude from New York University Stern School of Business and was a 2007 inductee to the NYU Athletics Hall of Fame.
