Rishi Shah joined Raymond James in 2026 as a director. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Shah worked for Stifel/Miller Buckfire and focused on advising companies, boards of directors, creditors and other stakeholders across a range of industries. Mr. Shah’s experience includes advising clients on a range of stressed and distressed transactions, including sale, financing and exchange alternatives. Prior to that, Mr. Shah was an associate attorney at a law firm in Wisconsin. Mr. Shah received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin in 2009, his JD from the University of Wisconsin in 2012 and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin in 2017.
