Jake Wainwright joined Raymond James in 2018 and serves as a Director in the Capital Structure Advisory Investment Banking group. At Raymond James, Mr. Wainwright focuses on the Debt Advisory and Structured Equity Solutions businesses where he advises corporate clients and private equity funds in structuring, arranging, and placing debt and structured equity solutions. During his career, Mr. Wainwright has advised clients on over 40+ transactions across a wide variety of industries.
Prior to Joining Raymond James, Mr. Wainwright worked in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment at FTI Consulting (formerly CDG Group). Mr. Wainwright graduated cum laude from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
